- Student's last name
- Student's email

- State
- Speech Club

- For tournaments where every student does not have a unique Place of Finish - the Final Place column can be filled in with the following:
- The actual Place of Finish for those students for whom it is known
- The following special values for those students for whom a unique Place of Finish is not known:
- b = Broke to outrounds (speech only)
- p = Participated (did not break)
- f = Broke to finals (debate only)
- s = Broke to semis (debate only)
- q = Broke to quarters (debate only)
- o = Broke to octos (debate only)
- d = Broke to double octos (debate only)
- t = Broke to triple octos (debate only)
Every student needs a final standing assigned, be it a number place or letter place (as indicated above). Do not leave the “Final Place” column blank for any of the students.
